After your payment is authorized and verified, please allow 3-5 business days to process your order and ship it out if you.

For orders under $100, rates will be calculated at checkout based on address and order weight.

You will receive an email confirmation  containing your tracking number when your order is shipped. Please be mindful that orders placed on Friday will not be processed until the following Monday.

Delivery time will vary depending on your zip code and distance from our warehouse.

If your order has been shipped and you are experiencing a delay in receiving your order please contact the carrier. It is its responsibility to ensure that your package is delivered at the listed delivery date.

Returns 

Due to hygenic concerns, and nature of the products, all purchases are non-refundable nor exchangeable. All purchases are final sale. 

Exchanges 

However, a product arrived damaged will be replaced. Please contact us within 48 hours so we can ship to you a replacement as soon as possible, before your product is sell out. 

Same if you received the wrong item.

EXPIRATION 

Just like any beauty products, you should not use the products for more than 9 months after opening it.
